The Free plan demos are marked with the Folio watermark on their bottom right corner. However, if you opt for the Pro plan, you can eliminate the watermark from all demos and even add your own custom logo as a watermark.

Once you've upgraded to a plan that supports no watermark, you just need to assess your settings to upload your preferred company logo.
