Collaboration is key for any successful project, and Folio platform makes it easy to work together with your teammates. There are two different types of roles available on Folio, each one designed to support common roles within your company. When you invite your team members to join you on Folio, you can all work more efficiently and productively.
To invite your teammates to Folio, simply follow these steps.
On the Folio homepage, click the "Invite Teammates" button on the bottom right side of the page. If you prefer, you can also navigate to "Settings" and click on "Member" in the sub-navigation.
Select the "Invite Members" button on the right side of the screen, on top of the list of current members.
A pop-up window will appear to show you how to invite members. Simply type or paste users' emails, separated by a space to invite multiple team members who will share the same role.
It's important to review the type of role that will best suit the invitee when you send the invite, either by entering their email. If you are interested in joining your team on Folio, speak to one of the Folio admins for an invite today.
